Echelon Front’s Codey Gandy to Keynote NEP Training Conference
NEWPORT BEACH CA - NEP Services (NEP) is proud to announce that Codey Gandy, a former United States Marine now serving as a leadership instructor, strategic advisor, and 1st Responder Training Lead for Echelon Front, will address attendees at the inaugural NEP Services training conference, Adapt or Die: Controlling the Narrative to Win the Hearts and Minds of Those We Serve. The event will be held March 10-11 at the Mirage in Las Vegas.
Gandy spent just over five years working as a ground combat leader for various units in the Marine Corps. He brings unmatched experience in demonstrating combat leadership in dynamic environments, building winning teams, and developing relationships across all levels of an organization. Gandy brings a unique front-line perspective as he served in several levels of enlisted leadership, starting as a front-line designated marksman and finishing his time in service as a Platoon Sergeant. In these roles, he constantly found innovative ways to improve training and challenge his teams in preparation for the real-world battlefield.
“NEP is very excited to have Codey keynote Adapt or Die,” states Drew Howitt, CEO of NEP Services. “His experience and leadership traits fit in precisely with the winning concepts, strategies, and tactics being presented during our conference.”
The Adapt or Die Conference is a two-day communications training seminar hosted by NEP Services, a California-based tech and communications company specializing in strengthening police and fire organizations through its full suite of resources from websites, mobile apps, and fundraising to providing marketing, branding, and communications training. NEP has raised over $55 million for its clients since opening its doors 27 years ago.
Adapt or Die will be held March 10-11 at The Mirage in Las Vegas, NV. Registration is currently underway at the event website- www.neptraining.org.
